Interface to Ebay and/or paypal

Has anyone written any interfaces to extract information from eBay and/or
Paypal and put the data into tables. Ebay has an API but before I attempt
it I thought I'd see if anyone else has already done it.

Yes.
Done it.
Detects incoming emails, extracts data, generates a reply, waits for
reply,-----
Form is a bit old now, but worked well for me.
Fidly but functional.
